Patrick Spins Document Upload: Format and Size Rules
Successfully verifying your account is a critical step to withdrawing your winnings at any online casino. This practical guide walks you through the document upload process at Patrick Spins, detailing the specific format and size rules you need to follow to avoid delays and get your account verified smoothly and quickly.
Why Patrick Spins Requires Document Verification
Like all licensed and reputable online casinos, Patrick Spins must verify the identity of its players. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a legal requirement to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Submitting your documents is not a reflection of distrust but a standard security procedure that protects both you and the operator. The process is typically initiated when you request your first withdrawal, and completing it promptly is the key to accessing your funds.
Accepted Document Types and Formats
You will need to provide clear, legible copies of specific documents. Patrick Spins accepts common digital image formats. The supported file types and their respective purposes are outlined in the table below.
| Document Purpose | Accepted Formats | Maximum File Size |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of Identity (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License) | JPG, PNG, PDF | 5 MB |
| Proof of Address (e.g., Utility Bill, Bank Statement) | JPG, PNG, PDF | 5 MB |
| Proof of Payment Method (e.g., Photo of Card) | JPG, PNG | 3 MB |
Ensure all four corners of your documents are visible in the image and that all text is clear and easy to read. Blurry or cropped photos are the most common reason for rejection.
Step-by-Step Upload Procedure
Uploading your documents to your account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure it’s done correctly:
- Log in to your Patrick Spins casino account.
- Navigate to your account settings or the ‘Verification’ section.
- Select the type of document you are uploading (e.g., Proof of ID).
- Click the ‘Upload’ button and select the correct file from your device.
- Review the preview to ensure the document is clear and complete.
- Submit the document for review. You may need to repeat this for each required document.
The verification team at Patrick Spins usually reviews documents within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification via email or in your account message center once the process is complete or if any additional information is needed.
Common Upload Issues and Troubleshooting
Players occasionally encounter problems during the upload process. Here are the most frequent issues and how to resolve them:
- File Too Large: If your file exceeds the size limit, use a free online tool to compress the image without significantly losing quality before uploading it again.
- Invalid Format: Double-check that your file is saved as a JPG, PNG, or PDF. Convert it if necessary.
- Blurry Images: Take a picture in a well-lit environment and hold your camera steady. Avoid glare on glossy cards or documents.
- Rejected Documents: If a document is rejected, the reason will be provided. It is often due to an expired document or a document not being recent enough (Proof of Address must usually be from the last 3 months).
How Verification Affects Your Bonuses and Withdrawals
Completing verification directly impacts your ability to withdraw. Most withdrawals will be pending until your account is fully verified. Furthermore, remember that any Patrick Spins bonus or Patrick Spins no deposit offer will be subject to wagering requirements, which you cannot clear until your account is verified. Always check the terms associated with a Patrick Spins promo code to understand the rules. While you might earn Patrick Spins free spins without verification, you will need to be verified to withdraw the winnings they generate. The entire process is designed to ensure a secure and seamless experience for when you hit that big win.
